EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM

We treat little souls like the precious jewels they are

The Christian Academy Early Childhood Program was created to care for the small children of working parents. The program is more than just a babysitting service. It is a child development program. The children learn through class time instruction and play. The environment and curriculum have been set up to foster growth and development in all areas of the child’s potential.

A Well-Rounded Experience

A Christian Education for the Whole Child

Physical Development

Important developmental milestones are observed, and our physical activities allow students to receive the appropriate attention and assistance.

Cognitive Development

The environment and curriculum have been set up to foster growth and development in all areas of the child’s potential.

Social-Emotional Development

The children also learn how to get along with peers their own age, i.e. exercising kindness, patience, sharing, taking turns, etc.

Spiritual
Development

Through Bible stories and songs , the word of God is shared with our little ones. Prayer is a regular part of our day.

Hear it from our parents

I've passed CA on my way to and from home every day always curious. At the time my 3-year-old daughter was at a local daycare. My husband and I felt it was time for her to be in a more structured learning environment. Since the first tour of the school to this very day, I have experienced nothing but love and kindness from the teachers, staff, and parents of CA. For the first time, my daughter loves learning and going to school! It's comforting to know she is not only learning but is being cared for by individuals that truly love her and want her to succeed. She is now 4 years old and I will never forget how this past Thanksgiving she asked to lead the family in prayer over the food! We couldn't be more proud of things she's learned since becoming a student at CA.

The Powell family

I just wanted to let you both know that you have a wonderful group of teachers that all seem very genuine and deeply rooted in Christ this year. They have been an absolute pleasure to interact with and the entire program feels very organized and united. Thank you for all you do for our kiddos!

Faith-Centered

________

At the core of everything we do is our Christian faith. We aim to guide our young learners in faith formation through various activities such as Bible lessons, scripture memorization, prayer time, worship songs, and integrating God into our academic programs. From an early age, we strive to help them answer fundamental questions.

Family-Oriented

________

Our staff deeply cherishes the students in our Early Childhood Program. This is reflected in the daily excitement within our classrooms and the joy radiating from each child's face. We celebrate each child for their unique identity and honor them as God’s image-bearers. Recognizing that many of our students have working parents, we offer opportunities for parental involvement to the extent that they are able, without making participation mandatory.

Future-Ready

________

Graduates of our Early Childhood Program (ECP) are well-equipped for kindergarten. They are proficient in word and number literacy and are emerging readers and writers. Equally important, they possess essential executive functioning skills such as self-regulation, working memory, and collaboration, which are crucial for success in the K-12 system. Our preschool program nurtures these social skills, preparing students holistically for their educational journey.
